Congratulations! Two teams from the Department of Food Science and Biotechnology have won third place in the 2025 Taiwan Food Industry Innovation Competition!

A team guided by joint-appointed faculty members Dr. Po-Yuan Chiang and Technologist Chuan-Ming Chao, composed of master’s student Tung-Yi Huang and undergraduate students Ching-Sheng Wang and Yu-Hsuan Lin, received third place for their project “Lucky Pineapple Fortune.”

Another team, led by Dr. Shuo-Wen Tsai, together with master’s students Ya-Chi Yang and Hsiao-Mei Jao from our institute, also earned third place for their project “Print a Bite: Creating the Next Imagination of Taiwanese Mung Bean Cake with 3D Printing.”
